3-1.601 - Violations.¶
The conviction and imprisonment of any person for engaging in any business without first obtaining a license to conduct such business shall not relieve such person from paying the license fee to conduct such business, nor shall the payment of any license fee prevent a criminal prosecution for the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. No remedy of the City shall bar the use of any other remedy for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.

3-1.602 - Penalties.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or knowingly and intentionally misrepresenting to any officer or employee of the City any material fact in procuring the license or permit provided for by this chapter, shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code.
