3-1.501 - Regulated businesses.¶
Where the licensee conducts a business which, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, requires certain conduct or limitations thereon, such license may be revoked by the Council after notice and a hearing.

3-1.502 - Notices: Hearings: Decisions.¶
Notice shall be given to the licensee, in writing by first-class mail or in person, at least ten (10) days prior to a scheduled hearing.
The hearing shall be before the Council as an administrative body, formal rules of evidence shall not apply, and the decision of the Council shall be the final administrative action of the City and subject to the provisions of Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State.
