9.48.010 UNATTENDED HORSE - MISDEMEANOR.¶

No horse is to be left unattended within the City except within a proper enclosure as specified in Chapter 7.04, and no attended horse is to be left tied, picketed, or grazing within the City for more than 15 minutes. Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
