2.36.020 Recruitment and training standards

2.36.010 DESIRE TO QUALIFY FOR STATE AID.

The City Council declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Penal Code, Part 4, Title 4, Chapter 1.

2.36.020 RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING STANDARDS.

Pursuant to Cal. Penal Code § 13522, the City will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
