Sec. 25-1. - Obstructing traffic.

No person shall remain upon any sidewalk or other public thoroughfare so as to obstruct free pedestrian or vehicular traffic thereon after being requested by a peace officer to move.

Sec. 25-2. - Draining water on street.

It shall be unlawful for any person using water for any purpose to run any water or allow water to run onto any public street or alley in the city if in the judgment of the street superintendent the running of such water is causing or will cause damage or erosion to the pavement.
