12.06.010 - Disposal of wastes.¶
No person shall place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in an unsanitary manner upon public or private property within the city any human excrement or other objectionable waste.

12.06.020 - Unlawful disposal.¶
Except as herein provided, no person shall construct or maintain any privy, vault, septic tank, cesspool, seepage pit, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.

12.06.030 - Occupancy prohibited.¶
No building, industrial facility or other structure shall be occupied until the owner of the premises has complied with all of the provisions of this title applicable to the premises.

12.06.040 - Sewer required.¶
The owner of any building in the city which abuts on a public way or easement in which there is now located or may in future be located a public sewer of the city, shall at his expense connect said building directly with the public sewer in accordance with the provisions of this title within 90 days after his receipt of official notice to do so, provided that the public sewer lies within three hundred feet of the building.
