§ 9.08.010 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.¶
It is unlawful for any person to shoot, fire or discharge any firearm, gun, pistol rifle, bow, crossbow or any similar device designed to propel projectiles or other calibrated instrument or apparatus fired by means of any shell, cartridge, powder or other explosive within the town, except in case of reasonable and necessary discharge thereof for the preservation and defense of life, limb or property.

§ 9.08.020 TOY WEAPONS; DISCHARGE PROHIBITED.¶
It is unlawful for any person to discharge, in the town, any air gun, musket gun, BB gun, air rifle, pellet gun, slingshot, blowgun or blowshooter.

§ 9.08.030 TOY WEAPONS; POSSESSION BY MINORS PROHIBITED.¶
It is unlawful for any minor under the age of 21 years to have in his or her possession in the town any air gun, musket gun, BB gun, air rifle, pellet gun, slingshot, blowgun or blowshooter.

§ 9.08.040 TOY WEAPONS; IMPROPER POSSESSION DEEMED NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.¶
Any of the devices mentioned in §§ 9.08.020 and 9.08.030 which are used or possessed contrary to the provisions thereof constitute a nuisance and the Chief of Police may seize and take any such guns or devices and destroy them.
