Editor's note—Ord. No. 73-47, §§ 1—16, adopted Sept. 26, 1973, repealed former Art. II, §§ 25-17—25-19, 25-25—25-30, and 25-36—25-40, and enacted in lieu thereof provisions pertaining to the same subject matter included herein as new Art. II, §§ 25-17—25-32. Said former Art. II was derived from Code 1957, §§ 2702, 2703, 2705, 2711—2716, and 2721—2724.
