§ 33-1249. Appeal to planning commission and city council.

The decision of the building advisory and appeals board may be appealed to the planning commission and subsequently to the city council pursuant to section 33-1303 of this chapter. (Ord. No. 2017-03R, § 4, 3-22-17)
