§ 11-49. Criminal penalties.

Any owner, occupant or agent who permits or allows a violation of this division, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or both. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during which any violation of any provision of this division is committed, continued or permitted by such person. (Ord.
