§ 11-1. Authority to contract for fire fighting services. ¶

The city may contract with regularly constituted groups of qualified personnel or organizations for fire fighting services.

§ 11-2. Approval of contracts to provide fire fighting services. ¶

All agreements with regularly constituted groups of qualified personnel or organizations for fire fighting services shall be approved by the council before they become effective. (Code 1957, § 4315)

§ 11-3. Exclusion from fire area. ¶

When it is so ordered by the fire chief, all persons must move a distance of not less than 100 feet from a burning building and a distance of not less than 100 feet from any apparatus of the fire department while engaged in putting out the fire. (Code 1957, § 4363)

§ 11-4. Entering burning buildings restricted. ¶

No person, except by permission and under the authority of the fire chief, shall enter any burning building after the fire department has arrived at such building. (Code 1957, § 4362)
