§ 6-405. Indemnification of City of Escondido.

A building permit required by this article shall not be issued unless the applicant has obtained an encroachment permit with the city engineer, to indemnify the city for any damage to improvements located within the public right-of-way used by contractors in the course of construction, The encroachment permit shall be accompanied by a fee to be set periodically by resolution of the city council.
