§ 6-403. Permit application to be in duplicate; contents.

The application for the permit required by this article shall be in duplicate and shall contain, among other things, the location of the proposed construction and the address or other identification of other property over which the contractor must move materials and equipment to gain access to the construction site. (Code 1957, § 8712)
