§ 24.80.010. Requirement.

The Director of Planning and Building shall investigate reported violations of this title and initiate enforcement proceedings as required.

§ 24.80.020. Lots Created Prior to March 4, 1972.

Any parcel created prior to March 4, 1972, shall be dealt with in accordance with Sections 66412.6 and 66412.8 of the Act.

§ 24.80.030. Withholding Development Permits and Approvals.

In accordance with Section 66499.34 of the Act, the City may deny or conditionally approve the issuance of permits or other approvals necessary to develop real property divided in violation of the provisions of this title or the Act.

The City shall issue certificates of compliance in accordance with Section 66499.35 of the Act.

The City shall process merger of parcels in accordance with Sections 66451.10 through 66451.21 of the Act, utilizing the procedures applicable to parcel maps without a tentative parcel map.
