§ 3.43.100. Delegation of authority to the Finance Director to invest funds in the City…¶
Subject to annual review and renewal by the City Council by resolution pursuant to Section 53607 of the Government Code, the Finance Director is authorized to invest or reinvest the funds of the City and the funds of other depositors in the City Treasury, or to sell or exchange securities so purchased, pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 53600) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code.
