13.20.010 - Water supply systems.¶
"Water supply system" means and includes all works, facilities, and the like designed, constructed or employed to collect, store, treat or distribute water intended for domestic use by two hundred (200) or fewer consumers.

13.20.020 - Health hazard.¶
"Health hazard" means any condition or practice connected with the provision of water for use which poses significant danger to the health of any water consumer. The term includes, but is not limited to, dangers to health posed by sanitary defects.

13.20.030 - Sanitary defect.¶
"Sanitary defect" means any faulty condition, whether of location, design or construction of collection facilities, treatment works or distribution works, which may regularly or occasionally prevent satisfactory purification of the water supply, or allow it to be contaminated or polluted.
