12.12.150 - Applicability of article.

Article III of this chapter is applicable to all land divisions and building permits, where such permit is for the construction of twenty-five (25) percent or more of additional horizontal impervious surface on a parcel of real property, in the city.

12.12.160 - Mitigation measures required.

As a condition of a land division, or prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall show that measures have been taken, or will be taken, to adequately dispose of the additional storm water runoff created from the proposed land division, or impervious surface construction so that drainage problems in downhill areas will not be aggravated. Such mitigation measures shall be to the satisfaction of the director of public works.
