12.04.010 - Standard specifications for public works construction adopted.¶

Except as may otherwise be provided in this city code, the city council shall adopt, by resolution, a standard set of specifications for public works, including but not limited to, water, wastewater, street, stormwater and miscellaneous projects, and said specifications shall apply to all public works constructed in the city. The city council may amend such specifications by resolution duly adopted from time to time, and such specifications shall apply to all public works constructed in the city after such adoption.
