2.08.010 - Holidays designated.¶
As respects the transaction of business in the public offices of the city, holidays shall be designated by resolution of the city council.

2.08.020 - Public services not restricted.¶
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect the right and obligation of the city to continue essential public services, including but not limited to police and fire protection.

2.08.030 - Substitute meetings.¶
If at any time any regular meeting of the city council or the regular meeting of any other body of the city falls on a holiday, such regular meeting shall be:
(a) Held on a date set by the city council or the body affected by the holiday; or
(b) The next business day if such date is not set according to subsection (a).
