1.06.010 - Public places for posting notices.

The following are officially designated as public places for the posting of ordinances, resolutions or notices adopted or issued by the city:

Duarte City Hall

1600 Huntington Drive

Duarte Public Library

1301 South Buena Vista Avenue

Duarte, California

Duarte Public Safety Office

1042 Huntington Drive

Duarte, California

1.06.020 - Posting notices.

All ordinances and all resolutions required by law to be posted shall be posted in at least three public places as set forth in Section 1.06.010 in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933 of the Government Code.
