10.04.010 Designated-Unlawful.¶
In addition to the provisions contained in the California Vehicle Act pertaining to traffic reg- ulation applicable to the city, it is unlawful for any person to drive, operate, or otherwise use or employ any vehicle in such manner as to hazard or endanger the life, limb, or property of any other person, or in such manner as to interfere with the proper and lawful use by any other person of any vehicle being driven, operated, or otherwise used or employed by such other per- son.
