17 .52.090 Space between buildings. · There are no requirements for space between buildings in the O district. (Ord. 342 (part), 1997)
17.52.100 Lot coverage.¶
In the O district, the maximum lot coverage by buildings or structures shall not exceed ten percent of the total lot area. (Ord. 342 (part), 1997)
17.52.110 Site plan review.¶
A site plan shall be submitted to the site plan review committee for approval in accordance with the provisions of Section 17 .60.060 of. this title I before any building, structure, or advertising struc- ture is erected or any parking facilities are devel- oped on any lot within the O district.
