Dos Palos Municipal Code § 16.05 Subdivisions

"Tentative map" refers to a map made for the purpose of showing the design and improvement of a proposed subdivision and the existing conditions in and around it and need not be based upon an accurate or detailed final survey of the property. It is the map which is required to be presented to the secretary of the planning commission in order to officially commence the process of dividing land accoroing to the requirements of this code. It shall confonn with the requirements of Chapter 16.24 of this title. (Ord. 255 (part), 1982)
