17.16.030 Conditional uses. 17.16.130 Off-street parking. The following provisions shall apply in the R-I-10 district, subject to the general conditions of Chapter 17.64 of this title: A. For one-family dwellings, there shall be at least three parking spaces provided in a garage or carport on the same lot for every dwelling unit and at least two uncovered off street parking spaces provided behind said garage or carport, and shall be accessible from a street, not from an alley. _B.
