9.04.010 Use of explosives or

fireworks prohibited. Public consumption of alcohol prohibited. Use of explosives or fireworks prohibited. Any person who discharges, sets off or explodes any explosive, gun powder, fire- crackers or fireworks within two hundred (200) feet of any dwelling, house, store, of- fice, outhouse, or other building within the city limits, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each such offense, or in default of pay- ment, shall be imprisoned in the city jail for a period not exceeding one month, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Prior code § 5302) 9.o4.020 Public consumption of alcohol prohibited. A. No person shall drink any malt, spiri- tuous or vinous liquor containing more than on-half of one percent of alcohol by volume, upon any street, sidewalk or parkway, park, playground or in any railroad depot or bus station, or in any public place, or in any place open to the patronage of the public, which premises are not licensed for the consumption of such liquor on the premises. B. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convic- 107 tion thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or by impris- onment in the county jail for a period of not more than ten (10) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
