Diamond Bar Municipal Code Div. 11 Building Conservation Code

Except as hereinafter provided, Appendix 1 of the 1994 Uniform Code for Building Conservation, published by the International Conference of building officials, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as though fully set forth herein and shall constitute Appendix 1 of the building conservation code of the city. A copy of such appendix has been deposited in the office of the city clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the city clerk for use and examination by the public. In the event of any conflict between a provision applicable to cities of the Appendix 1 of the building conservation code and a provision of the California Building Conservation Code as contained in part 10 of title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, the provisions of the California Building Conservation Code shall prevail.
