§ 2.52.010. Intention to qualify to receive state aid.¶
The City Council declares its intention to qualify to receive state aid pursuant to California Penal Code Sections 13500 et seq.

§ 2.52.020. Adherence to state standards.¶
Pursuant to California Penal Code Section 13522, the City, while receiving any state aid pursuant to California Penal Code Sections13500 et seq., will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
