7.08.010 - Burning of rubbish.¶
No person, owning, occupying or in charge of any building or real property within the city shall burn or cause to be burned any rubbish without first obtaining written permission from the chief of the fire department or his authorized representative.

7.08.020 - Permits for incinerators.¶
It is unlawful for any person to burn waste, rubbish or other combustible matter in any type of incinerator or receptacle without first obtaining a written permit from the chief of the fire department or his authorized representative.

7.08.030 - Time for burning.¶
It is unlawful for any person or persons to burn straw, trash, rubbish, leaves or other combustible material in any public street or alley in the city at any time. Permission to burn straw, trash, rubbish, leaves or other combustible material on any lot or premises in the city, shall be done between the hours of five a.m. and eleven a.m., only, and no such combustible material shall be burned within fifteen feet of any fence or building without obtaining a fire permit from the chief of the fire department or his authorized representative. Fire permits will be issued only after an inspection of the property by a fire department representative.
