7.04.010 - Definitions.¶
The definitions "milk," "raw milk," "cream," "pasteurization" and "certified" shall be as defined in the Agricultural Code of California.

7.04.020 - Pasteurization required.¶
All milk or cream sold, served, offered or exposed for sale, or delivered for human consumption, within the city shall be pasteurized.

7.04.030 - Exemptions.¶
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
A. Certified milk or cream;
B. The delivery and sale of raw milk to wholesale or to pasteurization plants for the purpose of being pasteurized;
C. The production for sale or other distribution of milk by any person owning or maintaining less than three cows or seven goats in lactation for use or consumption by the person or any member of his household.
