1.24.010 - Purpose.

The city has adopted numerous fees and charges by resolution and/or ordinance. The city desires to establish certain regulations related to these activities.

1.24.020 - Regulation established.

Notwithstanding any other ordinance, resolution or policy of the city, the city hereby prohibits the waiving of any fee charge otherwise required to be paid by any person, organization and/or event, unless there is direct sponsorship by the city. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Chapter 1.24 shall have no affect on any obligation of the city under any written contract entered into by the city.
