6.16.010 - Purpose.

Without first having obtained an Operations Permit: Secondhand Dealer, it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or carry on business as a secondhand dealer.

6.16.020 - Issuing Authority.

The County Sheriff shall be the issuing authority for the Operations Permit: Secondhand Dealer.

6.16.030 - Regulations.

The Operations Permit: Secondhand Dealer shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, Division 8 of the Business and Professions Code regulating Secondhand Dealers. (Business and Professions §§ 21625 et seq.)
