Del Mar Municipal Code Ch. 3.28 Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund

There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the "Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund" pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, Chapter 1, Division 1 of the Street and Highway Code, together with all amendments thereto.

A. All money received by the City from the State under the provisions of the Street and Highway Code shall be paid into the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.

B. The Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund shall be used only in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, Chapter 1, Division 1 of the Street and Highway Code.
