Chapter 30.27 - FAIRGROUNDS-RACETRACK ZONE (FR)

30.27.010 - Purpose. ¶

The FR Zone is designed for that portion of land located near the northern City limits and under the ownership of the 22nd Agricultural District Association, a subdivision of the State of California.

30.27.020 - Boundaries. ¶

Property within the FR Zone shall be designated by ordinance to be depicted upon the City zone map.

30.27.030 - Allowable Uses. ¶

Allowable uses shall be regulated by the 22nd Agricultural District Association.

30.27.040 - Accessory Uses.

Accessory uses shall be regulated by the 22nd Agricultural District Association.
