9.16.010 - Soliciting purchase of alcoholic beverages prohibited.¶

No owner, proprietor, agent, servant or employee of an owner or proprietor of any place of business where alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises shall solicit any person to purchase an alcoholic drink or any other beverage for or to be consumed by the owner, proprietor, agent, servant or employee of the owner or proprietor or any other person.
