9.08.010 - Stupefying drugs prohibited.¶

No person shall prepare, mix, serve, sell or give away any beverage which contains any percentage of chloral hydrate or any liquid drug or substance of similar properties which, when put in, mixed or compounded with any beverage, causes or tends to cause the person drinking the same to become stupefied or insensible.
