A. Permitted Uses.

Small apartment buildings,

Courtyard apartments,

Townhouses,

Flats,

Duplexes;

B. Conditionally Permitted Uses. All uses permitted in the R-1 and R-2 districts are subject to the same regulations therein, except where specifically subject to the requirements of this section;

C. Maximum height—forty-five feet;

D. Minimum lot area—five thousand square feet;

E. Minimum lot width—fifty feet;

F. Minimum front yard—five feet minimum/ten feet maximum;

G. Minimum rear yard—fifteen feet;

H. Maximum lot coverage—sixty percent.
