1.44.010 Election dates.¶

(1) The city shall hold its general municipal elections on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each even-numbered year.

(2) Special elections shall be conducted in accordance with the California Elections Code and any applicable state law. (Ord. 669 § 3, 2017).
