1.28.010 Public places for posting notices.

The following places are officially designated as public places for the posting of all ordinances, resolutions, or notices adopted or issued by the city:

1.28.020 Posting.

All ordinances and resolutions permitted by law to be posted in lieu of publication shall be posted in three public places as set forth in CMC 1.28.010 in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933 of the Government Code of the state. (Ord. 476 §§ 8, 15. 2002 Code § 2-8.2).

1.28.030 Spanish translation.

All public notices and outreach materials from the city and its consultants/contractors to Cudahy residents and businesses shall be translated from English to Spanish. (Ord. 762 § 2, 2025).

1.28.040 Filing documents.

The mayor, the city clerk, the city manager, and the city attorney are each hereby appointed authorized agents of the city for the filing with such offices and officers of the state and of the county of certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other documents as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct of the city’s business.
