§ 2.30.010. Created.¶
The planning department of the city is created and established.

§ 2.30.020. Functions.¶
A. Under the direction of the city manager the planning department shall conduct planning and zoning activities of the city.
B. The planning department shall be responsible for the administration of federal, state and local planning and land-use regulations.
