§ 2.46.010. Created.¶
The fire department of the city is created and established and shall be entitled the Crescent City volunteer fire department.

§ 2.46.020. Functions.¶
A. The fire department shall extinguish fires, protect life and save property in the city.
B. The fire department shall conduct monthly in-service training programs and, as required, public training programs in order to protect life and save property.
