Chapter 2.48 — TRAINING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

§ 2.48.010. Aid desired.

The city declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the State Penal Code. (1964 Code § 2.129)

§ 2.48.020. State standards adherence pledged.

Pursuant to Section 13522 of such Chapter 1 referred to in CMC § 2.48.010, the city, while receiving aid from the state pursuant to such Chapter 1, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the State Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
