5.24.010 - Adoption of county code.¶

Pursuant to Section 50022.9 of the Government Code, the Marin County Ordinance requiring item price marking on consumer commodities, set forth in Chapter 5.42 of the Marin County Code, is hereby adopted by reference and is in full force and effect within the town, except Section VII thereof.
