5.14.010 - Purpose.¶

It is the intent of the town council to authorize bingo games in the town pursuant to Section 19 of Article IV of the State Constitution, Section 326.5 of the California Penal Code and Sections 215.2 and 23710 of the Revenue and Taxation code.

5.14.020 - License required.¶

The town council authorizes the finance director to issue a license to conduct bingo games within the town to those organizations which meet the criteria established in Section 326.5 of the California Penal Code upon the payment of a license fee established and adopted by the town council by resolution.
