Chapter 3.16 — LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TRAINING FUND

3.16.010 - Declaration of purpose.¶
The town declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

3.16.020 - Conformance to state standards.¶
Pursuant to Section 13522 of Chapter 1 as mentioned in Section 3.16.010, the town while receiving aid from the state pursuant to said Chapter 1 will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
