2.20.010 Office established - Duties generally - Bond.

The office of Director of Finance is established. The Director of Finance shall be appointed, directed and discharged by the City Manager, and shall exercise all of the powers and be subject to all the duties granted and imposed upon the City Clerk by the provisions of Cal. Gov’t Code Title IV, Art. 1, Ch. 4, Part 2, Division 3, §§ 40802 through 40805.

2.20.020 Assumption of duties.

The City Clerk shall be relieved of all the duties referred to by § 2.20.010 upon the appointment of the Director of Finance by the City Manager.
