9.36.010 - Legislative authorization.¶
This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 318.5 and 318.6 of the Penal Code of the State of California. All words used in this chapter are used in the same sense as they are used in Sections 318.5 and 318.6 of the Penal Code.

9.36.020 - Exposure by waiters, waitresses and entertainers prohibited.¶
No person, while acting as a waiter, waitress or entertainer in a business or commercial establishment which serves food, alcoholic beverages, or both for on-premise consumption, shall expose any specified anatomical area, as defined in Chapter 5.58, Section 5.58.020(20).

9.36.030 - Prohibitions on public exposure.¶
No person, while participating in any live act, demonstration or exhibition in any public place, any place open to the public, or any place open to public view, shall expose any specified anatomical area, as defined in Chapter 5.58, Section 5.58.020(20).

9.36.040 - Assisting exposure prohibited.¶
No person shall cause, permit, procure, counsel, or assist any person to expose or simulate exposure of any specified anatomical areas.
