Sec. 2-1. - City council—Time and place of meetings.

The city council shall, by resolution, duly adopted, fix the time and date for all regular meetings of the city council. All regular meetings of the city council shall be held in the council chambers in the City Hall.

Sec. 2-1.1. - Same—Disclosures from closed sessions prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person present during a closed session of the city council to disclose to any other person the content or substance of any discussion which took place or document or any other written or oral material presented during such closed session on any matter legally authorized to be heard in closed session, unless the city council has first authorized the disclosure of such information by majority vote.
