Sec. 3-1. - Minors prohibited in billiard, pool and bagatelle halls during certain hours.¶

Any person conducting a billiard, pool or bagatelle hall shall not permit any person under the age of eighteen years to remain upon such premises between the hours of 11:00 P.M. of any day and sunrise of the following day.
