4.12.010 - County to assess—Collect city taxes.

The duties of assessing property and collecting taxes as provided by law to be performed by the assessor and tax collector of the city shall be performed by the county assessor and the county tax collector of the county of Riverside, state of California, the county in which the city is situated.
