9-3.1 Expiration of Permits.

Notwithstanding the provision of Section 303(d) of the 1988 Uniform Administration Code, every permit issued by the building official within that area, served by the Southeast Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, under the provisions of the technical codes shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the concrete foundation or foundation system for the building or work authorized by such permit is not completed within sixty (60) days of the issuance of said permit. Failure to meet the aforementioned foundation requirement will also result in an automatic forfeiture of the sewer connection permit. The holder of any permit which is rendered null and void or forfeited pursuant to this subsection must reapply if such person desires to initiate or resume construction. Mobile home lot preparations permits will not be issued unless the mobile home installation permit is secured simultaneously. (Ord. #24-90, S1; Ord. #186-2016, S2)
